The 16 week Beginners Marathon Training Programme for Beginners has an additional 3 weeks to guide you from a 5K starting point. It has been proven that many aspects of endurance performance are actually mind-based other than physiological so we have all the education you need to help you train effectively and change your relationship with perceived effort. With interval, tempo and long runs each week, complimented by strength and conditioning workouts, yoga specifically for runners and active recovery techniques you will have all the confidence you need to complete your marathon, injury free. We are not saying it won’t hurt, but you will be ready to embrace the pain.
