Running a half marathon is a big commitment and the 10 week comprehensive training programme will guide you through the physical, nutritional and mindset changes you will need to undertake. Your training begins with a 25 minute run with short walking intervals and includes an interval training session, a tempo run and long run each week to make sure your aerobic and anaerobic systems are in peak condition. Completing the strength and conditioning sessions and our yoga for runners video will not only increase your general strength and flexibility but dramatically decrease potential injuries as you prepare for your half marathon.
